If no one in Bollywood says no to Salman Khan, no one in entire Indian cinema circuit says no to superstar Rajinikanth. However, one girl has done that and to make things quirky, she happens to be his very ‘good friend’s daughter. Yes, we are talking about Shruti Haasan, daughter of Kamal Haasan.

Apparently, Rajini’s daughter Aishwarya is taking off with her debut directorial venture which has her husband Dhanush in the lead. Sources say Shruti has backed off citing date problems. The industry folks say saying no to Aishwarya is like saying no to Rajinikanth himself. Though no one is talking about it, there are strong whispers that Rajini’s family is definitely taken aback with Shruti’s move.

Now, it is heard that the latest sensation Amala Paul has been approached for the role. Meanwhile, the media circles are wondering why Shruti did this despite knowing that they are already writing about the film since few days. For now, Shruti is busy with the Tamil film ‘Ezhaam Arivu’ and two Telugu movies ‘Gabbar Singh’ ‘Oh My Friend’.

Trisha Declared The Gossip Should Be True

Recently actress Trisha was grooved in a gossip of getting married to Prabhas. It was said by grapevine that Trisha went to Prabhas' house wearing a pattu saree for lunch to impress his mother.

When asked if that was true, Trisha condemned softly but said "I wish that gossip should turn true”. So, with this Trisha declared that she has intention to marry Prabhas out of her heart.

Trisha acted with Prabhas in the films 'Varsham' 'Pournami’ and 'Bujjigadu made in Chennai'. Although no film of that pair is on sets, they move together in Hyderabad privately.

So, Trisha saying about her desire to marry Prabhas is gaining importance now.

Real Film On Nityananda's Sex Scandal

Ever since the infamous and alleged sex scandal of Nityananda leaked out with actress Ranjitha, the media and the cine circuit have been using it to their advantage on and off. Now, it is heard that a film is being shaped up and this is a straight lift from the incident which shocked many.

Till recently it was mentioned that ‘Ayyare’ starring Rajendra Prasad and Shivaji is the film which took a dig at Nityananda and the fraud saint went to the court as well. But many are saying now is the time for him to get into the court as another film is actually revealing his deeds.

This is happening in ‘Babala Baagotham’ and ‘Ayyare’ is just small coincidence since Rajendra Prasad’s look was designed that way. Sources say ‘Babala Baagotham’ has Sathyaprakash enacting the role of Nityananda. The film is directed by S Devadaanam and it also has Shefali Sharma, Ramyasri and others. Let us see what Nityananda does this time.

Tollywood About To Become Sandalwood Shortly

With each passing day, the economics of Tollywood has been dwindling sharply and despite big ticket flicks and big names associated with it, the end result is a squib at the box office. Now, the film analysts are predicting that if this trend continues, the Tollywood circuit will soon become like Sandalwood.

A senior cine analyst said “Our quality of cinema has gone down drastically. I am surprised that a dubbed movie like ‘Naa Peru Shiva’ which has released here after one year has come in 44 theatres and that too in Hyderabad alone. This means so many theatres are empty and waiting for a proper Telugu film.”

Another market expert opined “In the recent past, all Tamil movies which came in dubbed version became a commercial or critically acclaimed hit. The likes of ‘Vaishali’ ‘Rangam’ ‘Vaadu Veedu’ ‘Naana’ ‘Kanchana’ are classic examples. Our folks have become helpless and have lost all the creativity. If this continues then our industry will become like Kannada circuit.” wonder what the Tollywood folks have to say to this.

Charmy To Do 'Vedi' Song With DSP

Devi Sri Prasad is dancing for an item song in the film that is being directed by Prabhu Deva with Vishal and Sameera Reddy in the lead in Tamil. It is said that Charmy is also joining the item song along with DSP to add craze.

Actually DSP is not scoring music for this film. Vijay Anthony is doing that. But since Prabhu Deva felt that DSP-Charmy pair will add value for the film in AP he instigated DSP. And DSP also felt happy to hit the floor in the choreography of Prabhu Deva.

DSP scored for Prabhu Deva's 'Villu' (Tamil film) earlier. Nayantara played heroine in the film and after the completion of the shooting she became close to Prabhu Deva.

We have to see if DSP and Charmy also declare something officially after this item song.

Venkatesh Playing Satya Sai With Kodi Ramakrishna?

The senior most stars are reaching the brink of their careers as heroes. So now, they have begun to experiment with their image. First among them is Venkatesh and many cine folks reveal how he has been going through scripts with different flavour and do few experiments with his roles.

Now, the talk is that if all goes well, he could be donning the role of Satya Sai Baba. This is being directed by Kodi Ramakrishna and sources say so far, three heroes have been shortlisted to do the title role and one among them is Venkatesh. The names of the other two are not known.

Why the name of Venky has sprung is because he wants to do something different. But the big question is, will he agree or not to do this role. It is not a historical character but more contemporary and a little element of controversy is also involved. The cine seniors say it is important to see how tightly the makers shape it up if a star hero is involved. On the other hand, it is heard that Kodi and co are pressurizing Venky to say yes.
