Cherry and Upasana, not a perfect match?

The news that rising star Ram Charan Teja is getting engaged to his heart-throb Upasana Kamineni, grand daughter of Apollo Group of Hospitals chairman Pratap C Reddy has generated a lot of euphoria among his fans and that of his father megastar Chiranjeevi.

But when the pictures of the bride in different poses started appearing in the media, the jubilation turned into a sigh.

According to Filmnagar circles, the fans are not so happy with Cherry’s choice of Upasana. Though she is an astute businesswoman and carries the name and fame of her family, she does not appear to be a perfect match for a handsome guy like Ram Charan Teja.

A source who spotted both of them at a private party observed that Upasana looks a little older than Cherry. And especially for those who had seen Allu Arjun-Sneha Reddy couple, the “jodi” of Cherry and Upasana was not appealing.

Any way, it is Cherry’s choice and one has to respect it. After all, Upasana has been accepted by his parents – Chiranjeevi and Surekha and so, nobody can question them.
